In the face of workforce shortages and pandemic challenges, many businesses were put to the test. Despite the hardships, certain businesses managed to shine through. These top companies become known as “Employers of Choice”.

Every year, the Missoula Job Service Employers’ Council recognizes three employers in the Missoula / Ravalli counties for their positive interaction with employees, dedication to leadership, and community involvement. This year, the companies to receive the “Employers of Choice” award are: Communication Resources, Doyles Sheehan, and Bitterroot Health. JSEC held an awards ceremony for the trio in February and send their congratulations to the outstanding employers.
