It’s easy to make business more complicated that it needs to be. As we add employees, services, markets, and all sorts of other aspects to business we tend to make it more and more complicated. I often remind myself of an old principle, Occam’s Razor:  all things being equal, the simplest answer is best. When I keep this principle in place in business, we tend to succeed. But it takes constant focus to avoid over-complicating things.
